Community Yoga 

Group classes that are grounding, friendly, and supportive. These sessions are about moving together and building consistency in your practice.

I currently teach Hatha, with options offered throughout so you can rest when needed or explore challenge if it feels right for you. All levels are welcome.

 

Online Yoga

I’ll be offering online sessions for those who can’t make it to class or prefer practicing from home.

These sessions will follow the same approach as my in person classes: grounded, choice-led, and focused on how movement feels rather than how it looks.

1 : 1 Yoga

Private online yoga sessions designed for more personalised support.
These sessions are perfect if you’re:
  • Returning to movement after injury or time away
  • Building confidence in your practice
  • Looking for a calmer, more tailored space
 
Each session is shaped around your needs and intentions, with plenty of space to check in, rest, or explore challenge  at your pace.
