About Sofia
Hey, I’m Sofia!
I first discovered my love for yoga at university. The gym felt daunting and crowded, and I needed something I could do from home. At the time, I was mostly focused on wanting to improve my flexibility and achieve more. I loved a challenge and seeing my progression, but with time, yoga taught me how to slow down.
It became less about what I could achieve and more about how I felt. As someone who's struggled with anxiety for most of my life, yoga became a grounding tool, and a place I could always return to when I was feeling overwhelmed. It brought me a sense of calm I haven't experienced in any other aspect of my life. That feeling changed everything for me. I began to move with more care and kindness toward myself; what started as a way to support my body became a practice that taught me regulation and presence.
My classes focus on moving with care and awareness. A space where you can challenge yourself, but always in a way that feels supportive. Whether you're a new found yogi or have been practicing for a while, you are welcome here, exactly as you are.

Approach
Calm isn’t something we find. It’s something we practise.
I guide movement in a way that supports both the nervous system and the body, focusing on awareness rather than force. My classes are grounded, inclusive, and led by choice, offering options to rest or explore a challenge based on what feels right for you.
Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting to move more mindfully, you are welcome here. There is no pressure to perform or keep up. Listen to your body, do what feels good, and remember that this practice is for you.
