On The Mat

A 90 minute mindful Hatha practice with longer holds and intentional transitions. Optional layers of challenge are woven throughout, so you can explore and build strength at your own pace. An invitation to slow down, deepen your practice, and reset before the weekend. Please bring your own mat. Blocks are provided. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in before we begin.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through the online system. Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch directly. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to allow the class to begin on time. Late entry may not always be possible once the session has started. The class may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, you will be notified and offered a refund or transfer. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the space.
