I offer 45-minute private online yoga sessions in Hatha or Vinyasa. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or just make space to move and breathe, we’ll create sessions that work for you.

I’m currently teaching in Vietnam and have had the pleasure of leading classes with 20+ people across London, the Philippines, and India. I’ve worked with students of all genders, ages, and walks of life—so whether it’s a small group or a full studio, I’d love to connect and bring yoga to your space!🧘♀️
